About Us

Angela Masini, PhD, is a clinical psychologist in Knoxville, TN, where she has worked with a variety of populations. She holds national certifications in group therapy, substance abuse counseling and equine-assisted psychotherapy. Through her equine-assisted programs, she combines her long-standing interest in horses with her professional life. Dr. Masini is the founder of Equine-Person Connection.

Rebecca Johns, MS, is an employee assistance specialist who for years headed the counseling program for FDIC in Washington DC.

Terry Grove, MSW, brings to E-PC his expertise in staff development, training and conflict resolution.
