Why a horse?
Horses are large, powerful, and yet, sensitive. They elicit strong reactions in people and their emotions often mirror those of humans.
Horses make excellent partners for team activities that require creativity, problem-solving skills, collaboration, and sensitivity.

What can your team expect?
Challenging and fun activities involving horses, where team members cooperate to find creative solutions The goal is team-building and not horseback riding, so most of the action takes place on the ground. Participants, for instance, use a lead line to guide a horse through a labyrinth, or rely on non-verbal team collaboration to encourage the horse to jump over an obstacle.
Stimulating, thought-provoking group discussions about behaviors, attitudes, and relationship styles displayed during the activities.
Education on safety procedures, especially important for those who have little or no experience with horses.
Pre-training consultation to identify organizational goals.
Post-training debriefing to assess results and devise a
follow-up action plan.
